Price and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made by bank/account. Payment by bank/account takes place via Klarna. When payment is made by credit card, the total amount is reserved when the order is placed. The amount is charged to your account on the day of delivery. In some cases, it can take up to 7 banking days before your bank registers the purchase on your account. In some cases, it can take up to 7 banking days before the bank notes this and the reservation disappears completely from your account.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer of Alajasko, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement (use your right of withdrawal) within 14 days from the day you receive the item in unchanged condition. To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send us a message (for example by letter or e-mail) that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal or that you send the goods back before the end of the deadline.

If there is no fault with the delivered item and you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay the cost of sending the item back. Reimbursement for the item will be made to you at the latest within 30 days of Alajasko receiving the returned item.
